What is a Declaration of Acceptance?

When new members are appointed to the board of directors, they must be registered with the commercial register of the canton where the company has its registered seat.

Not only must the application contain precise personal and professional information on the newly elected members, but it must also be accompanied by the minutes of the election by the shareholders’ meeting, this acceptance letter, a legalized signature, and a copy of the passport or identity card.
