What is an Agreement for the Use of a Company Car?

With an agreement for the use of a company car, an employer provides an employee with a company car.

The agreement is a special arrangement in addition to the existing employment agreement, whereby the agreement is automatically terminated when the employment relationship ends.

Other circumstances can lead to termination, especially if the use of the company car is no longer required.
