What is an IT-Services Agreement?

This agreement is for services only and does not represent an agreement on responsibility for the results of the application. Under this agreement, the supplier undertakes to act for the customer without promising a certain result. Thus, for example, the supplier may be engaged to perform programming tasks for which he must abide by the customer’s instructions; the supplier must perform work with due diligence but not to achieve a specific result. The agreement for IT works and services should serve as the basis if such a result is required.
