Owner: The owner is the one who opened the account. He or she can add new people to the account, invite people to modify a legal document, and view account details, such as invoice previews. The roles (owner, manager and author) can be changed at any time.

Author: The author is only authorized to modify legal documents. He has no other authorizations.
Yes, as soon as a document is created, you will find a link in the Details section that you can send to external parties. They will then be able to read the legal document in Word, but will not have access to TeamWork.
