This Agreement for IT-Works and Services is used when a pre-determinable, specific result (the so-called work) is to be provided. The work must be described and defined accurately and in a way that can also be understood by third parties. Both parties to the agreement are bound by the work defined at the beginning. The customer must follow certain rules in the case of the smallest change and the supplier must bear the consequences if the work cannot be realised according to the original plans. If it is not possible or too complex to define the work, this item should be covered in the IT-Services Agreement (mandate relationship).
